Lying between 30°53' to 31°09' N and 121°35' to 121°51' E, Nanhui is embraced by the East Sea on the south and east with the coastline as long as 45 kilometers. With Fengxian District on the southwest, Minhang District on the west and Pudong District on the north, Nanhui covers a total area of 688 square meters, of which the water area accounts for 14.8%.
